As a veteran songwriter of more than 25 years, Sandy has written hundreds of songs in a wide array of styles for TV, film, musical theater & radio projects, including a vast number for animated and kids’ programming. Having grown up studying classical piano, she first discovered her love of songwriting, studio singing and production at Middle Tennessee State University just outside of Nashville, where she earned a student Grammy for an original instrumental jazz tune and learned from some of Nashville’s most experienced. Whether it’s writing for a Hallmark movie or two dozen songs for a musical mini-series, she loves the process of creating new, emotional and exciting ways to express a story through a song. Below is just a very small sampling of the songs she’s written throughout her career thus far, so don't hesitate to request more, from rap to barbershop!
